About The Position

McMichael and Gray P.C. is a thriving, a full-service real estate law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients, realtors, and lenders. We currently seek an energetic, professional, and client-focused Receptionist to join our close-knit team and serve as the welcoming first impression of our firm! We believe in taking care of our team. Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist clients, realtors, lenders, and visitors with genuine friendliness and professionalism
• Answer and professionally direct all incoming calls with speed and accuracy
• Prepare and maintain all conference rooms to picture-perfect standards
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
• Support document preparation, scanning, and copying
• Keep the reception area organized, clean, and inviting at all times
• Take memorable client photos upon request to help create lasting memories
• Provide friendly administrative support to attorneys and staff
• Prepare refreshments as needed to enhance client visits and meetings
• Proactively order and replenish office supplies
