New Castle Title is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Closer in our La Crosse location. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy environment, enjoys working with people, and has the ability to manage multiple deadlines and transactions simultaneously. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys bringing all the moving pieces of a real estate transaction together to create a smooth and positive closing experience. As a Real Estate Closer, you will work closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, REALTORS®, and internal team members to coordinate and prepare closing transactions from start to finish. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail are critical to success in this role.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Willing to handle commercial and high liability closings

Nice To Haves

• Previous title, banking, real estate, lending, or closing experience is a plus, but not required
