About The Position

We are seeking a Receptionist/Hospitality specialist to join our team at IST Management Services in O'Fallon IL! Ideal candidates will have relevant receptionist experience, customer service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. We are committed to both excellence for our clients and upward mobility for our employees. Serve as the first point of contact for the office and check in all guests. Assist with the coordination of the conference center. Scheduling meetings, setting up the rooms, coordinating with vendors. Flexible schedule to assist with evening events that occur once or twice a month. Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image (exceptional interpersonal and phone skills are a must). Provide administrative support, as needed. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be prompt, responsible, reliable and maintain confidentiality. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Requirements

  • Relevant receptionist experience
  • Customer service
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be prompt, responsible, reliable and maintain confidentiality
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer and Internet savvy
  • Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
  • Must have customer service skills, and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
