About The Position

Drybar Receptionist and Sales Associates provide customer service and support front desk operations in a blowout-focused beauty shop. The role includes processing point-of-sale transactions, promoting memberships and retail products, maintaining an organized and welcoming front desk, and collaborating with the team to support smooth operations and client satisfaction. The posting describes flexible hours with a set, regular schedule and requires availability for opening or closing shifts and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-service-focused environment, such as retail sales, customer service, store associate, or salon associate work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to be scheduled for opening shifts beginning at 6:45, 7:45, or 8:45 a.m., or closing shifts ending between 5:15 and 7:15 p.m.
• Availability for weekend shifts.
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• A track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to stand and/or walk frequently for the duration of 6–8-hour shifts.
• Technical ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to use logic and support resources to solve front desk problems.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with point-of-sale systems is strongly preferred.
• Previous salon or spa experience is preferred but not required.
