About The Position

Requirements

Availability to be scheduled as an opener, with shifts beginning at 6:45, 7:45, or 8:45 a.m., or as a closer, with shifts ending between 5:15 and 7:15 p.m.
Weekend shift availability.
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-service-centric environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
A track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of 6–8-hour shifts.
Technical ability and skills to operate a point-of-sale system.
Ability to use logic and support resources to solve front-desk problems.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with point-of-sale systems is strongly preferred.
Previous salon or spa experience is preferred but not required.
