Reception Ambassador
About The Position
The Reception Ambassador provides information and assistance to patients, families, and visitors and supports clinical staff within reception and lobby areas at Cooper University Health Care. Ambassadors may provide support to patients who do not have family or friends available to visit. They are often the first team members patients and visitors engage with when entering the health system. The role focuses on greeting patients, families, and visitors, delivering excellent customer service, and creating a safe, friendly environment. Reception Ambassadors provide information, assistance, and support to patients, guests, team members, and visitors in the organization’s lobby areas.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience required.
- High school diploma required.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, families, and visitors.
