Reception Ambassador
About The Position
The Reception Ambassador provides information and assistance to patients, families, and visitors and supports clinical staff in reception and lobby areas at Cooper University Health Care. The ambassador may provide companionship or assistance to patients who do not have family or friends available to visit and is often the first team member patients and visitors encounter when entering the health system. The role focuses on greeting patients, families, and visitors, delivering excellent customer service, and creating a safe, friendly environment. Reception Ambassadors provide information, assistance, and support to patients, guests, team members, and visitors in the organization’s lobby areas.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience required.
- High school diploma required.
Responsibilities
