About The Position
The Receiving Specialist joins the Inventory & Logistics team and supports accurate receiving, inspection, and management of inventory, as well as shipping and order fulfillment when needed. The role involves working with surgical products and maintaining precise inventory records in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and inventory management systems.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to learn quickly from mistakes.
- Integrity, pride in work, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with hospital supply chain, sterile processing, or surgical supplies, including REF/LOT/EXP dates.
- ERP experience.
- A BA/BS degree; relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
Responsibilities
- Create and reconcile purchase orders.
- Receive, inspect, and verify surgical products, including sterile integrity and expiration dates.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Communicate with internal Logistics, Sales, and Acquisitions teams.
- Assist with product descriptions, market research, and cost and price determinations.
- Identify and correct inventory discrepancies.
- Organize and shelve warehouse inventory.
- Pick, pack, and process domestic and international orders using FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
- Lift and carry parcels weighing up to 40 lbs.
