About The Position

The Receiving and Distribution Coordinator owns the dock-to-distribution cycle for Galileo Learning’s warehouse operation. The role receives inbound raw goods and vendor partial kits, verifies accuracy and completeness, and manages distribution and palletizing workflows so finished kits reach school sites on time and complete. This position is a key accuracy checkpoint in a bespoke, multi-product kit operation serving hundreds of school sites and partners. The Coordinator works closely with the Supply Chain team and is the primary point of direction for seasonal temporary labor during peak distribution. Responsibilities also include supporting inventory operations, processing returned materials after camp, and helping ensure materials are correctly sorted, stored, and recorded. Success requires accuracy, physical capability, and clear communication when directing others during high-volume periods. This is a full-time, non-exempt, onsite position based at Galileo Learning’s warehouse at 2350 Davis Avenue, Hayward, California. It averages 40 hours per week. Seasonal peak periods may require additional hours, including overtime, to meet delivery deadlines. Hourly compensation is approximately $26.00–$31.00, depending on factors including geography and professional experience.
