About The Position

All Store Team Members help build the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. This role maximizes product inventory and supports online business operations to create a positive shopping experience. Although merchandising is the primary focus, team members may also be assigned sales, front-end, or other responsibilities as needed. The role is referred to internally as Merchandiser and reports to the store management team. The position may include loading and delivering orders when delivery is assigned as an essential job function. Team members must follow company policies and procedures and comply with traffic and safety laws. The posting describes the role as full time and regular. The pay range is $15.29–$21.40 per hour; actual pay will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage and may vary based on factors such as location, knowledge, skills, and experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1–3 years of experience; 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to walk, bend repeatedly, and remain on feet for 8–10 hours a day.
Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets; climb ladders; and lift 50 pounds overhead repeatedly.
May be exposed to varying outdoor weather conditions during the workday.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

Maximize product inventory by processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, and placing signage.
Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services; drive and make deliveries if assigned.
Deliver excellent service and a personalized customer experience by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing them about products and services.
Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations concerning alcohol sales and help maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
If delivery is assigned as an essential job function, load and deliver orders safely and professionally in accordance with company procedures and traffic and safety laws.
