Real Estate Showing Assistant / Apprentice (Training Provided)
About The Position
i-Lead® Realty Group, an affiliate of eXp Realty, is seeking driven and energetic individuals to join its team as Showing Assistants. The role is intended for people transitioning into real estate, people enrolled in licensing classes, or future leaders who want to learn the business from the ground up. Training, mentorship, and guidance are provided while candidates work toward obtaining a Texas Real Estate License. Showing Assistants support top-producing agents by hosting open houses and showing properties to prospective buyers across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. They gain firsthand experience with market trends, property evaluation, and customer service, and learn to use modern AI technology and sales systems. The company describes a flexible pay structure while candidates complete licensing and a potential path to becoming a full-time i-Lead® Real Estate Agent after licensing.
Requirements
- Driven, personable, and passionate about starting a long-term career in real estate.
- Currently enrolled in or planning to start Texas Real Estate Licensing classes.
- Computer, headset, and reliable internet service.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends for property showings.
- Strong work ethic, disciplined mindset, and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
