About The Position

i-Lead® Realty Group, an affiliate of eXp Realty, is seeking driven, energetic individuals to join its team as Showing Assistants. The role is designed for people transitioning into real estate, those enrolled in licensing classes, or future leaders who want to learn the business from the ground up. Training and mentorship are provided, with a path toward becoming a full-time real estate agent after obtaining a Texas license.

The assistant supports top-producing agents by hosting open houses and showing properties to prospective buyers across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role offers firsthand exposure to market trends, property evaluation, and customer service, as well as training in AI technology and sales systems. A flexible pay structure is offered while the assistant completes licensing.

Requirements

• Driven, personable, and passionate about starting a long-term career in real estate.
• Currently enrolled in or planning to start Texas Real Estate Licensing classes.
• Have a computer, headset, and reliable internet service.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends for property showings.
• Strong work ethic, disciplined mindset, and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Host open houses.
• Show properties to prospective buyers across DFW.
• Assist top-producing agents with property showings.
• Learn market trends, property evaluation, and customer service firsthand.
• Learn AI technology and sales systems used by agents.
• Work toward obtaining a Texas Real Estate License with mentorship and guidance.
