About The Position

i-Lead Realty Group, an affiliate of eXp Realty, is hiring driven, energetic individuals as Showing Assistants. The role is intended for people transitioning into real estate, people enrolled in licensing classes, or future leaders who want to learn the business from the ground up. It offers training and mentorship while candidates work toward obtaining a Texas Real Estate License.

Showing Assistants support top-producing agents by hosting open houses and showing properties to prospective buyers across DFW. They learn about market trends, property evaluation, and customer service, and gain experience with modern AI technology and sales systems. The position offers a flexible pay structure during licensing and a stated career path to becoming a full-time real estate agent after licensing.

Requirements

• Driven, personable, and passionate about starting a long-term career in real estate.
• Currently enrolled in or planning to start Texas Real Estate Licensing classes.
• Computer, headset, and reliable internet service.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends for property showings.
• Strong work ethic, disciplined mindset, and commitment to excellence.
