About The Position
The Plus Group, inc. is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and relationship-driven Real Estate Recruiter for their Northern California office in Yuba City. This long-term role is crucial for the growth of the market center, focusing on attracting, engaging, and onboarding top real estate talent. The successful candidate will identify high-performing agents, build strong industry relationships, and promote the Client’s value proposition. The ideal candidate is a natural networker, persuasive communicator, and strategic thinker who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence others
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with performance metrics
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient with CRM systems, social media, and Microsoft Office tools
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or real estate preferred
- Real estate license is a plus (may be required depending on location)
Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit new and experienced real estate agents through prospecting, networking, and industry outreach
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using CRM and recruiting tools
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and present opportunities within Our Client
- Promote Our Client’s culture, training programs, and value proposition to prospective agents
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with market center growth goals
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and community activities to attract talent
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture long-term relationships
- Track recruiting metrics including appointments, conversions, and hires
- Partner with leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new agents
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor offerings
