About The Position

At the heart of this role is WeAreNature’s mission and the living ecosystem of Fazenda Catuçaba. WeAreNature exists to steward places where hospitality becomes a true relationship with nature, culture, and human connection. Fazenda Catuçaba is a historic countryside estate in the mountains 2,5 hours from São Paulo, surrounded by pristine nature, art, architecture, organic food, and regenerative practices. For over 17 years, it has welcomed families, groups and individuals seeking depth, beauty and reconnection. Today, a new chapter is emerging: a carefully curated opportunity to become part of this place through ownership. “Hive is the New Hype” We believe work is evolving. More than skills, we are looking for people who bring alignment — with purpose, place, and values. When this exists, work becomes a space of meaning, where energy is invested consciously and value goes beyond financial return to include growth, connection, and long-term creation. Rather than traditional commercial roles, we seek ambassadors — people who combine network, sensibility, and execution, and who want to be truly part of what is being built. This is an open model of collaboration, inspired by collective intelligence, where aligned contributions can generate results far beyond the sum of their parts. The Role — Real Estate Ambassador It is a relationship-driven, high-trust role, centered on connecting the right people to a place that holds long-term meaning. Catuçaba is opening a limited number of lots for carefully selected owners. This is not only a real estate transaction, but an invitation into a broader ecosystem that includes hospitality, culture, land stewardship and community. Trial Period & First Steps The first 90 days of this collaboration are considered a mutual trial period. This phase is intended to: • confirm alignment in values, energy and way of working • allow you to naturally activate your network and explore opportunities • begin building a first layer of connections, conversations or potential leads We do expect genuine engagement and initiative. After this period, we will reassess together how the collaboration is unfolding and how to deepen it. During the trial period, either side may choose to step away with 15 days notice. Any opportunities introduced during this time will remain valid under the agreed commission structure if they convert into confirmed business. This is a success-based role. • % commission on the final sale value of each lot successfully closed The Ambassador is responsible for introducing, nurturing and advancing the relationship. Final legal structuring and closing are handled by the Company and its legal partners.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with individuals aligned with the vision of Catuçaba
  • Introduce the opportunity of ownership within the estate
  • Build relationships based on trust, clarity and long-term alignment
  • Guide conversations with potential buyers, from first connection to advanced discussions
  • Collaborate with our local team and legal partners for final structuring and closing
