Turing invites real estate and property law experts to work on projects that fine-tune AI models. The specialist will use expertise in commercial real estate transactions, land use and zoning, title examination, and landlord-tenant disputes to evaluate how AI reasons about U.S. property law. No prior AI experience is required. The work involves reviewing AI-generated responses to property-law hypotheticals, assessing them against a structured legal rubric, identifying gaps in reasoning, and providing detailed annotations and written feedback to improve AI models. The specialist will collaborate with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals. This is a flexible, fully remote freelance opportunity requiring 10–30 hours per week. The initial duration is approximately one month, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
