Turing invites Real Estate and Property Law experts to work on projects that fine-tune AI models. The specialist will use expertise in commercial real estate transactions, land use and zoning, title examination, and landlord-tenant disputes to evaluate how AI reasons about U.S. property law. Prior AI experience is not required. The role involves reviewing AI-generated responses to property law hypotheticals, applying a structured legal rubric, identifying gaps in AI reasoning, and providing detailed annotations and written feedback to refine the models. The specialist will collaborate with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals. This is a flexible freelance engagement of 10–30 hours per week, expected to last approximately one month, with possible extension based on performance and project needs. Work is fully remote.
