Remote Real Estate Broker
About The Position
Turing is seeking experienced real estate brokers or brokerage managers to contribute industry expertise to projects that evaluate and improve AI systems. The work involves using brokerage knowledge and communication skills to assess how AI handles real estate contracts, negotiations, client advice, and closing processes. No prior AI experience is required. Projects are conducted remotely and use web-based tools for annotation and feedback. The contractor assignment is expected to last approximately one month, with the possibility of extension; the engagement may potentially be full-time. Compensation varies by project. Contributors must not provide confidential, proprietary, trade-secret, or specific client information, or information that would violate confidentiality obligations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker or Brokerage Manager.
- An active broker license.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Comfort using web-based tools for annotation and feedback.

- Experience in U.S. real estate markets.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve real-world brokerage and transaction scenarios to test AI reasoning.
- Write clear, structured explanations about deal structuring, negotiation strategies, and contract compliance.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and clarity.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to refine AI understanding of brokerage management and client communication.
