Remote Community Association Manager (Real Estate)
About The Position
Turing is seeking candidates with experience in property management, real estate operations, and community association administration to work on projects evaluating and improving AI. The role uses general industry knowledge and strong communication skills; prior AI experience is not required. Projects are intended to help participants learn how to use AI in their field. Day-to-day work includes designing and solving real-world property management and community scenarios to assess AI accuracy, reasoning, professionalism, and operational insights. The role also involves writing clear, structured solutions covering tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, and maintenance coordination. This is a contractor/freelancer assignment that may be full-time, with projects lasting approximately one month and potentially extending. Compensation varies by project. The work is fully remote. Candidates must not provide confidential or proprietary information, trade secrets, internal organizational data, specific client or case details, or information that would violate confidentiality obligations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in property or community management, real estate operations, or facilities administration.
- Comfort using web-based tools for data review and annotation.
- Strong English communication and reasoning skills.
- Do not provide confidential or proprietary information, trade secrets, internal company or university data, specific client or case details, or information that would violate confidentiality obligations.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in U.S. real estate markets is preferred.
