About The Position

Supervise daily real estate department operations for a portfolio of owned and leased properties. Ensure building operations, maintenance activities, and vendor services meet contractual, regulatory, and organizational standards. Supervise, train, and support real estate department staff. Review and approve service charges for accuracy and adherence to contract terms. Assist with development and monitoring of operating budgets and expense forecasts. Track operating costs and recommend opportunities for efficiency and cost savings. Oversee lease administration activities, including compliance with landlord and tenant obligations. Maintain accurate records and documentation within real estate and property management systems. Prepare reports and operational metrics for management review. Support inspections, life‑safety compliance, and regulatory audits. Participate in special projects related to acquisitions, dispositions, renovations, and portfolio optimization.
