About The Position

The Real Estate Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across our real estate platform. Leading the day-to-day operations of our real estate portfolio, this role ensures processes are optimized, scalable, and aligned with business goals. As a key connector across leadership, property management, leasing, finance, and external partners, the Real Estate Operations Manager helps create a high-performing, collaborative, and growth-ready operation.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily real estate operations including property management coordination, leasing activity tracking, and vendor performance.
Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
Partner with finance to manage budgets, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting across assets.
Monitor KPIs across the portfolio (occupancy, NOI, leasing velocity, maintenance SLAs, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
Lead cross-functional coordination between acquisitions, asset management, construction, and property teams.
Manage third-party vendors, property managers, brokers, and service providers to ensure performance standards are met.
Drive process automation and system optimization (CRM, property management systems, reporting dashboards).
Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio expansion.
