Leading the day-to-day operations of our real estate portfolio, this role ensures processes are optimized, scalable, and aligned with business goals. As a key connector across leadership, property management, leasing, finance, and external partners, the Real Estate Operations Manager helps create a high-performing, collaborative, and growth-ready operation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily real estate operations including property management coordination, leasing activity tracking, and vendor performance.
  • Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with finance to manage budgets, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reporting across assets.
  • Monitor KPIs across the portfolio (occupancy, NOI, leasing velocity, maintenance SLAs, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination between acquisitions, asset management, construction, and property teams.
  • Manage third-party vendors, property managers, brokers, and service providers to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Drive process automation and system optimization (CRM, property management systems, reporting dashboards).
  • Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio expansion.
