Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential sellers through phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person appointments
  • Conduct property walk-throughs to assess condition, estimate repairs, and negotiate contracts on the spot
  • Build trust with homeowners by listening, overcoming objections, and guiding them toward solutions
  • Research property values, comparables, and market trends to support acquisition decisions
  • Document all interactions and deal progress in CRM with accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with team members during meetings and training sessions
  • Prepare contracts, letters of intent, and due diligence documents for transactions
  • Follow up consistently on leads to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Travel within 1–2 hours of Charlotte for property inspections and seller meetings
