About The Position

TMC Workforce Solutions has been engaged to lead a confidential search for a Real Estate Investment Sales Representative on behalf of an established private real estate lending firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. Our client is a family-owned firm with more than a decade of real estate investing experience, providing nationwide hard money financing across Fix & Flip, DSCR Rental, Bridge, New Construction, and Rural loan programs. As the firm continues to grow, they are expanding their capital markets team and seeking a Real Estate Investment Sales Representative to help connect accredited investors with the deals that fuel their lending platform. This is a high-impact, high-reward role for a relationship-driven sales professional who wants to build a long-term book of investor business. You will be responsible for sourcing accredited investors, guiding them through structured real estate opportunities, and driving capital into vetted deals. Success in this role is built on credibility, consistency, and clear communication — not high-pressure tactics. Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in sales, real estate, or investor relations.
  • A proven track record of closing high-value transactions or managing client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain investment concepts with confidence.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable in a commission-only environment.
  • Available to work full-time, on-site at the Houston office. No remote work.
  • Willing and able to travel for business as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate investing, syndications, or capital raising.
  • Familiarity with IRR, cash-on-cash return, equity splits, and accredited investor standards.
  • An existing network of investors or real estate professionals.
  • Relevant professional licenses, where applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage accredited investors and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of investor prospects from first contact to funded commitment.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand each investor's goals around cash flow, appreciation, and risk tolerance.
  • Present real estate investment opportunities, including syndications, funds, and deal-specific offerings.
  • Guide investors through the full investment process, from initial conversation to capital funding.
  • Maintain long-term relationships that generate repeat investments and referrals.
  • Track all investor activity in the company CRM and collaborate with internal team members on deal launches and capital campaigns.
