About The Position

Remida Management LLC is looking for a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Analyst to join our high-performing investment team based in St. Petersburg. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing real estate deals. You’ll work directly with property owners, analyze investment opportunities, and help guide transactions from initial conversation to closing. This position is critical to our company’s growth, and we equip our team with the tools, systems, and support needed to succeed. We’re seeking someone who is confident, results-driven, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Requirements

  • Real estate license is not required prior to hiring but must be obtained upon starting
  • Strong desire to succeed in real estate acquisitions and sales
  • Goal-oriented with a self-driven and competitive mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to build trust and close deals
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities from incoming leads
  • Conduct property analysis using comps, market trends, and research
  • Present and negotiate purchase offers with property owners
  • Respond quickly and professionally to all new leads and client inquiries
  • Build rapport with sellers and guide them through the sales process
  • Manage and track all communication, follow-ups, and deal updates within the CRM
  • Coordinate with buyers and sellers to ensure smooth and timely closings
  • Overcome objections and confidently move deals forward
  • Consistently achieve company KPIs and performance goals
