Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Specialist
About The Position
NeedtoSell.com is one of the leading homebuyers in Houston, TX. As an Acquisitions Agent, you’ll play a vital role in sourcing and negotiating off-market residential investment opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying motivated sellers, evaluating property potential, and securing contracts that align with our investment criteria. Your efforts will directly support our investor network and help revitalize communities across the city. This is a role for closers. For hunters. For the ones who can read a room, build rapport in minutes, and aren't afraid of the word “no.”
Requirements
- Experience in residential real estate, wholesaling, fix-and-flip investing, deal structuring, or property management
- Background in hospitality or customer-facing roles (e.g., bartenders, servers, etc.)
- Highly driven, coachable, and capable of thinking strategically
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable for results
- Thrives in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Source residential real estate opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, local networking, and inbound leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, agents, and wholesalers
- Evaluate properties by analyzing repair needs, after-repair value (ARV), and comparable market data
- Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners
- Collaborate with our Dispositions Team to ensure efficient and timely closings
