About The Position
A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing financial institutions, lenders, investors, and borrowers in sophisticated commercial real estate finance transactions.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of real estate finance experience at a law firm
- Significant experience with commercial real estate lending transactions required
- Experience drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, guaranties, and related financing documents
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Desire for significant responsibility, client interaction, and teamwork
- Excellent academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
Nice To Haves
- Experience representing lenders, borrowers, financial institutions, or investors preferred
- Exposure to balance sheet bank lending transactions is a plus
Responsibilities
