About The Position

The Philadelphia office of White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking an attorney for the Real Estate Finance Group. Ideal candidate should have experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, conducting due diligence, for acquisition, construction and/or mezzanine loans and commercial real estate acquisitions, and drafting and negotiating agreements of sale for commercial real estate. Requirements

• 2 - 6 years' experience
• State Bar Admission required
• PA, NJ, and/or CT Bar admissions
