About The Position
Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. (HCMP) is seeking a mid-level transactional real estate finance associate to join their team. The role involves representing commercial lenders in sophisticated loan transactions, with a focus on real estate-secured lending for construction projects. This position offers the opportunity for direct client relationships and development of client management responsibilities within a team setting.
Requirements
- Exceptional client service, self-motivation, teamwork, creativity, and utmost focus on details.
- At least four years of relevant transactional experience.
- Experience in documentation, negotiation, and closing of real estate-secured financing transactions on behalf of lenders.
- Understanding of title insurance.
Responsibilities
- Represent commercial lenders in sophisticated loan transactions.
- Handle a broad range of loan types and collateral, with an emphasis on real estate-secured lending for construction projects.
- Develop direct and ongoing client relationships.
- Participate in a team setting that promotes development of client management responsibilities.
