Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorney
About The Position
RMWBH is seeking a motivated attorney to join the firm’s established commercial real estate section in our San Antonio office. The attorney must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas for at least 3-6 years. Our commercial real estate practice routinely handles a variety of complex matters, including leasing and purchase-and-sale transactions with respect to raw land, improved property, multifamily projects, shopping and retail centers, restaurants, gas stations and medical facilities; real estate finance transactions, including real estate loans, construction loans, and loan assignments; and joint-venture transactions and private offerings. The candidate must have sufficient knowledge to handle such transactions from the LOI stage to closing, with little direct oversight or supervision. The candidate must also be willing to mentor less experienced attorneys in such transactions.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
- 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills.
- Self-starter.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Handle commercial real estate transactions from the LOI stage to closing with little direct oversight or supervision.
- Mentor less experienced attorneys in commercial real estate transactions.
