About The Position
A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Miami office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers, investors, lenders, private equity sponsors, and institutional clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and secured financing transactions required
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Florida bar admission required or ability to become admitted

- Experience representing developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, or institutional clients preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
Responsibilities
- Represent developers, investors, lenders, private equity sponsors, and institutional clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
- Manage transactions and work directly with clients.
- Handle complex commercial real estate matters from inception through closing.
