About The Position
Windermere Real Estate is seeking a motivated, people-focused Broker to join its collaborative and supportive team. The Broker guides clients through the home buying or selling journey as a trusted advisor, helping them achieve their real estate goals and providing a personal, supportive client experience. Candidates must be licensed real estate agents or currently enrolled in real estate school. The posting offers a real estate school promotion and states that school costs are reimbursed after the first closed deal. Estimated commissions are $60,000 to $85,000, depending on experience (DOE).
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
- Proven sales success in real estate or a strong background in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills; personable and approachable.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and common CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for property visits and client meetings.
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the country.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions.
- Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, leases, closing statements, and other documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update property listings for accurate market representation.
- Present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.
- Guide clients through real estate transactions and their home buying or selling journey.
