Gordon Feinblatt’s Real Estate Practice Group is seeking an experienced real estate attorney to work on commercial real estate matters, particularly leases related to utility-scale energy projects. The role sits at the intersection of the firm’s real estate and environmental and energy practice areas. The attorney will draft and negotiate leases and other contracts, conduct due diligence, work with colleagues across departments, and provide strategic legal advice to clients. This is a mid-level position involving some supervision and collaboration with the real estate and environmental and energy law teams. The firm has an established client base, so a portable book of business is not required. The successful candidate is expected to develop relationships with existing clients and, over time, expand the practice by adding clients. The real estate group operates as a hybrid practice, and lawyers may choose where to work based on how they can best meet client needs. The firm offers resources to support attorneys’ professional and business development, including employee resource groups, an internal education program, and marketing support. Lawyers are encouraged to participate in firm and community life.
