Real Estate Attorney

GORDON FEINBLATT LLC•Baltimore, MD
•$150,000 - $180,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Gordon Feinblatt’s Real Estate Practice Group is seeking an experienced real estate attorney to advise clients on commercial real estate matters in Maryland. This senior role handles work including acquisitions and sales, leasing, mixed-use development, zoning and land use, financing, landlord-tenant matters, and government approvals. The attorney works independently without more senior supervision while collaborating with the real estate law team and drawing on firm support for unusual or complex client challenges. The team drafts and negotiates transaction documents, conducts due diligence, works with other firm departments, and provides strategic legal advice. The firm has an established client base, so a portable book of business is not required. The successful candidate will work with existing clients and, over time, help expand the practice by developing new client relationships. The firm supports attorneys through employee resource groups, internal education for substantive and professional development, and business-development programming with marketing support. Lawyers are encouraged to participate in firm and community life. The real estate group operates as a hybrid practice, and lawyers may choose where to work to best meet client needs.
