About The Position

McMichael & Gray, P.C. is seeking an experienced Associate Real Estate Attorney for its Myrtle Beach/Conway area, South Carolina office. The attorney will manage residential real estate transactions and work collaboratively to deliver smooth, efficient closings. Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina.
• At least 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate law.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Must live in or be willing to commute to the Myrtle Beach area.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work extended hours when necessary, especially at month-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Review title work and closing documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout real estate closings.
• Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members.
• Collaborate with the Myrtle Beach office team to ensure smooth, efficient closings.
• Uphold the firm's standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional client service.
