About The Position
Crown Homes Real Estate is hiring real estate agents on a commission-based compensation model, with expected earnings of $50,000–$250,000+. Actual earnings vary based on production and performance. The brokerage offers agents an 80/20 commission split and an $18,000 solo-agent cap, with no monthly, desk, franchise, or technology fees. Errors and omissions (E&O) coverage is included. Agents receive tools and support intended to help them generate business, including Lofty CRM with an IDX website, AI-powered CRM tools, Crown Connect prospecting automation, a triple-line dialer, skip-traced prospecting data, and buyer and seller opportunities. The brokerage also provides coaching and training, scripts and conversion support, business cards, signs, lockboxes, and office and leadership support. Experienced agents are encouraged to share what is working and what could be improved; newer agents are welcome and can receive help learning business-generating activities and systems.
