Real Estate Agent - What Is Your Brokerage Actually Doing for You
About The Position
Crown Homes Real Estate is seeking real estate agents and offers an 80/20 commission split with an $18,000 solo-agent cap. The brokerage provides tools and support intended to help agents generate business, including a CRM and IDX website, AI-powered CRM tools, prospecting automation, a triple-line dialer, skip-traced prospecting data, buyer and seller opportunities, coaching and training, scripts and conversion support, business cards, signs, lockboxes, and office and leadership support. Experienced agents are welcome to continue running their businesses as they see fit, with the brokerage inviting discussion about what is working and what support could be improved. Newer agents are also welcome and can receive help learning activities and systems for generating business after real estate school. The role is commission-based, with expected earnings of $50,000–$250,000 or more; actual earnings vary based on production and performance.
Responsibilities
- Generate real estate business and commissions.
- Work with brokerage-provided prospecting tools, buyer and seller opportunities, and business support as appropriate.
- Newer agents may learn business-generating activities and systems with brokerage support.
