Real Estate Agent - What Is Your Brokerage Actually Doing for You
About The Position
Crown Homes Real Estate is seeking real estate agents and offers brokerage support, technology, prospecting tools, training, and business resources intended to help agents create business and earn commissions. The brokerage offers an 80/20 commission split with an $18,000 solo-agent cap, with no monthly, desk, franchise, or technology fees. Errors and omissions (E&O) coverage is included. Agents receive access to Lofty CRM and an IDX website, AI-powered CRM tools, Crown Connect prospecting automation, a triple-line dialer, skip-traced prospecting data, and buyer and seller opportunities. Additional support includes coaching and training, scripts and conversion support, business cards, signs, lockboxes, and office and leadership support. Experienced agents are welcome to discuss what is working in their business and how their brokerage could better support them. Newer agents are also welcome and can receive help learning business-generating activities and systems. Earnings are commission-based and expected earnings are listed as $50,000–$250,000+, but actual earnings vary based on production and performance.
