Real Estate Agent - What Is Your Brokerage Actually Doing for You
About The Position
Crown Homes Real Estate is hiring real estate agents on a commission-based compensation model. Expected earnings are $50,000–$250,000+, with actual earnings varying based on production and performance. The brokerage offers an 80/20 commission split and an $18,000 solo-agent cap, with no monthly, desk, franchise, or technology fees. E&O coverage is included. Agents receive access to Lofty CRM and an IDX website, AI-powered CRM tools, Crown Connect prospecting automation, a triple-line dialer, skip-traced prospecting data, and buyer and seller opportunities. The brokerage also provides coaching and training, scripts and conversion support, business cards, signs, lockboxes, and office and leadership support. Experienced agents are encouraged to identify what is and is not working in their business, while newer agents are welcome and can receive help learning activities and systems for generating business after real estate school.
