About The Position
Crown Homes Real Estate is hiring real estate agents and offers an 80/20 commission split with an $18,000 solo-agent cap. The brokerage provides tools and support intended to help agents generate business and create future commissions, including a CRM and IDX website, AI-powered CRM tools, prospecting automation, a triple-line dialer, skip-traced prospecting data, buyer and seller opportunities, coaching, training, scripts, conversion support, business cards, signs, lockboxes, and office and leadership support. Experienced agents are welcome to run their businesses as they see fit, with the brokerage seeking to understand what is working, what is not, and how it can provide better support. Newer agents are also welcome and can receive help learning business-building activities and systems beyond real estate school. The role is commission-based, with expected earnings of $50,000–$250,000+; actual earnings vary based on production and performance. The brokerage states that there are no monthly, desk, franchise, or technology fees, and that E&O is included.
