About The Position

Creation Home Buyers is a Utah-based direct home buying company with 9 years of operation and over 1,000 transactions. They provide a faster, simpler alternative to traditional real estate listings for homeowners facing various challenges such as inherited properties, major repairs, foreclosure, liens, difficult tenants, divorce, relocation, vacant homes, or tight timelines. This is a largely remote team with a structured sales process, supported by significant marketing, daily virtual meetings, monthly in-person gatherings, direct coaching, and a culture centered on Integrity, Extreme Ownership, Excellence, Teamwork, and Impact. The role exists to take qualified seller leads from appointment through property analysis, seller meetings, offer, negotiation, and securing a signed purchase agreement, with a focus on creating urgency, running accurate property numbers, persistent follow-up, and converting opportunities into contracts and revenue. This is a high-accountability sales position measured by closed contracts, revenue, closing rate, follow-up currency, and seller experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrated direct sales experience in either a business-to-consumer or business-to-business environment, especially in a role where trust, pricing, negotiation, and persistent follow-up mattered.
• Ability to work from home without needing to be chased.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
• Relentless focus on follow-up and details.
• Honest, ethical, and willing to do the right thing.
• Comfortable with direct feedback and quick to implement coaching.
• Calm demeanor when sellers say no, push back, or become emotional.
• Ability to be urgent when a deal requires it, but disciplined enough to follow a proven process.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain a Utah real estate license.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience in high-ticket consumer sales, in-home sales, automotive, RV, home improvement, roofing, solar, windows, HVAC, or remodeling sales.
• Consultative B2B sales with a meaningful negotiation component.
• Other performance-based sales roles with a long or multi-touch follow-up cycle.
• Real estate experience is not required, but ability to sell, follow up, take coaching, learn property-analysis, and build trust is valued.

Responsibilities

• Turn Qualified Seller Opportunities Into Signed Contracts by managing the process from appointment through discovery, offer, negotiation, and signed purchase agreement, understanding seller situations, uncovering motivation and timing, explaining options, and creating a path to a decision.
• Analyze Properties and Build Sound Offers by running comparable-market analysis, evaluating repairs, understanding financial opportunities, and building offers within defined pricing authority, making routine decisions without constant leadership input.
• Follow Up Until There Is a Clear Outcome by owning disciplined follow-up through phone, text, CRM tasks, and appointments until every real seller opportunity has a clear yes, clear no, or clear future follow-up date, ensuring at least 90% of required follow-ups remain current.
• Manage Your Pipeline Like a Business by keeping the Follow Up Boss CRM updated with appointments, offers, contracts, notes, next steps, and seller communication, coordinating a clean post-contract handoff.
• Create a Seller Experience Worth Recommending by asking direct questions, listening well, negotiating honestly, staying emotionally steady, and protecting the company's reputation, aiming to earn Google reviews from at least one in four sellers.
