About The Position
Plans, develops, coordinates and facilitates instructional courses and related training material required by NAVSEA in support of radiological controls, radiation worker and nuclear skills training programs. Analyzes training needs identified by contract.
Requirements
- RCT certification required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a certified RCT.
- US Citizenship Required
- Final Clearance Required to Start
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Nice To Haves
- Hold or have formerly held an RCT qualification
- Senior level experience in the Radiological Program
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience with developing others
- Confident and enthusiastic in communicating in front of others
Responsibilities
- Plans, develops, coordinates and facilitates instructional courses and related training material required by NAVSEA in support of radiological controls, radiation worker and nuclear skills training programs.
- Analyzes training needs identified by contract.
- Regularly deckplate observations on all platforms and facilities and participation in organizational drills.
- Upholding the principles of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program and in the development of others.
