About The Position

Envoy Air is hiring a part-time Ramp Agent at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. This entry-level position offers paid on-the-job training and development, and no prior experience is required. The role supports safe, timely airport operations by handling freight, mail, and baggage, and includes outdoor work in all weather conditions. Shifts may vary and include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be available, and employees may trade shifts.

Requirements

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn while handling bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver's license; some license restrictions may disqualify candidates.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely.
• Help achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
• Transport bags to their destinations using company vehicles.
