About The Position

As a Ramp Agent, you will work as part of a team delivering safe and efficient aircraft services while providing a high level of customer service and keeping passengers and aircraft moving safely and on time. The position is based at Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Requirements

Maintain the confidentiality of all information.
Possess the tact to deal with employees at all levels and client representatives.
Read, write, understand, and carry out instructions in English.
Verbally direct in English.
Have a valid driver's license.
Be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds at times.
Be able to climb ladders up to 15 feet high.

Responsibilities

Safely load and unload freight, including building up and breaking down cargo pallets and freight containers according to guidelines.
Maintain equipment certifications and operate equipment safely.
Obtain proper security documents for all shipments.
Verify shipment pieces, weight, dimensions, and airworthiness when receiving shipments from customers.
Verify shipment pieces and airway bill numbers when delivering shipments to customers.
