About The Position

Envoy Air is hiring a Part-Time Ramp Agent at Raleigh-Durham (RDU) International Airport. This entry-level position requires no prior experience and includes paid on-the-job training. Ramp Agents handle freight, mail, and baggage safely while supporting on-time aircraft departures and arrivals. The work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions and involves operating company vehicles on the tarmac. Shifts may vary and include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. The listed pay rate is $15.97 per hour.

Requirements

• Be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Have a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver's license, or otherwise maintain the authority and identification required for business travel; some license restrictions may disqualify candidates.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• At locations handling U.S. mail, be able to pass a U.S. Postal Service background check.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely.
• Help achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
• Use company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags to their destinations.
