Baptist Health is looking to add a Radiology Technologist to our Float Team at Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonville! This is a PRN, various shifts opportunity. This position will be based at various Baptist Health locations. This Radiology Technologist must be comfortable working at up to 3 campuses. Requirements

  • RT experience required (2-3 years)
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience in the Radiology Department
  • Experience working in a hospital setting
  • Radiology Technologist, Diagnostic Radiology, Experience
  • Eligible candidates must not have been employed with Baptist Health within the last 12 months.
  • Positions designated as requiring a level II Background (A detailed fingerprint-based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.

Responsibilities

  • Performing high-quality radiographic procedures.
  • Promoting goodwill amongst co-workers and with other departments, and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
  • Reporting to the Lead Technologist on shift.
  • Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.
  • Comfortable with Pediatrics
  • Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy.
