About The Position

Radiology Technologist at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is PerDiem and will work 10-hour, Variable shifts. Under general supervision, operates conventional, fluoroscopic, or portable radiology equipment to obtain routine radiographics of designated body portions, providing assessment and care for infants, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients according to physician specifications. In doing so, positions patients and adjusts x-ray equipment to correct setting for each examination. Assists physicians in carrying out examinations by mixing and preparing contrast media, assisting in sterile procedures, and the like. Requirements

  • Within 90 days of hire: California Radiologic Technologist.
  • Within 90 days of hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Upon request: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
