About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist in Lodi, California. Requirements

  • Active radiologic technologist credential/licensure as applicable to practice location.
  • Ability to operate x-ray equipment and perform standard diagnostic radiography procedures.
  • Strong patient communication and positioning skills; ability to instruct patients effectively.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to participate in a travel assignment.
  • Availability for a rotating, 8-hour shift schedule and a 13-week contract.

Responsibilities

  • Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs as ordered by physicians.
  • Position and instruct patients prior to examinations; adjust the x-ray equipment.
  • Determine proper voltage (kVp), current, and exposure time for each radiograph.
  • Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff while ensuring diagnostic image quality.
  • Verify patient information, document procedures, and assist with image labeling and preliminary quality checks.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other team members to support timely imaging and accurate reporting.
