Travel Radiology Technologist – Diagnostic Radiologic Tech in Sonora, California. This is a 13-week assignment with a start date of 09/14/2026. The position offers a weekly pay range of $2,328–$2,481 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. The shift is days, with 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

Active radiologic technologist licensure or certification as applicable to the state requirements.
Practical experience in diagnostic radiography is preferred.
Ability to perform 12-hour daytime shifts in a fast-paced imaging environment.
Strong patient communication skills and attention to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated portions of the body as ordered by physicians.
Position and instruct patients prior to examination; ensure patient safety and comfort during the procedure.
Adjust x-ray equipment and determine proper voltage, current, and exposure time for each radiograph.
Follow established radiation safety protocols, monitor equipment performance, and maintain image quality.
Document procedures, manage imaging records, and assist with basic quality control as needed.
