About The Position
This is a travel assignment for a Radiology Tech – Multimodality Technologist in Fort Bragg, California. The assignment is for 26 weeks, with a start date of 09/14/2026. The role is based in a Critical Access Hospital setting. The position offers a weekly pay range of $2,718 to $2,725 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. The shift pattern is 3x12-hour days, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Requirements
- At least two years of recent experience in radiology
- Current BLS certification
- Current nursing license per the state of assignment
- Ability to work Day Shift on a 3x12-hour schedule (7:00 AM–7:30 PM)
Responsibilities
- Perform radiology imaging procedures across modalities as assigned, ensuring high image quality and patient safety
- Prepare and position patients, operate imaging equipment, and process images for interpretation
- Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and ALARA principles; monitor and document radiation doses
- Collaborate with radiologists and the health care team to optimize diagnostic results
- Document procedures, verify patient information, and maintain accurate imaging records
- Provide compassionate patient care and respond to patient needs during procedures
