Requirements

Experience with interventional radiology procedures and imaging protocols is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform interventional radiology imaging procedures under physician direction, ensuring high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment.
Operate and troubleshoot interventional radiology equipment, maintaining safety and infection control standards.
Position patients correctly, monitor vitals and patient status, and respond to changes during procedures.
Assist radiologists during procedures, including preparation, documentation, and instrument handling.
Document procedures accurately in the charting system, such as Cerner, and support workflow improvements to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
